Only users with the role "Administrator" can manage the users of your company. If you are an Administrator, in the "Account & Overviews" tab, you can change your personal data as well as your password and manage the individual users in your company. In the "User administration" you can see an overview of all created users. For users of the Sika eShop there are three roles that can be created by the administrator - Viewer, Buyer or Administrator.

You can find Sika's current product offering via the "Products" tab. Alternatively, you can use the search function to find products by name, article number or product category. You can also filter by category, colour and packaging.
Clicking on a product will take you to the product page. On each product page you can:
- Find a description of the selected product.
- Download product data sheets.
- Access information about content, sales unit and quantities per pallet.
- Enter the required quantity and add the product to the cart.
- Add products to an assigned wish list.
- View your shopping cart.
- Proceed to the checkout.
Yes, you can add your desired products to a wish list by clicking on the star next to the product. This Wishlist will be displayed in your customer account in the upper right corner, next to the shopping cart.
When you have placed the products in your shopping cart, click on the button "Proceed to checkout". Here you will find an overview of the shopping cart and subsequent delivery requirements. Once all items have been chosen you are required to:
- Select your order address.
- Select your delivery address, or create a new delivery address if required.
- Select any additional options required for delivery.
- Select your desired delivery date prior to selecting the "Update shopping cart" button. Note: Without a delivery date you will not be able to complete your purchase.
- A summary of your order will be displayed.
- You will be required to click on the "Checkout" button to complete your purchase. Once selected, you will get an overview of the total costs and weights of the order. Please note however, that any applicable freight charges will be applied directly to your invoice and will not be displayed on your order acknowledgement.
- Once submitted, you will receive an e-mail order acknowledgement to advise of the materials ordered.
While there are minimum order quantities for specific products, there are no minimum values for your placed order. Please note however, that any applicable freight charges will be applied directly to your invoice and will not be displayed on your order acknowledgement.
